gfeed Overview

Introduction
gfeed is a Free(as in Freedom) RSS/RDF feed reader dual liscenced under the GPL and an artistic-like liscence. It features an easy to use configuration file to describe feeds and a compact user
interface. Some of its features include:
Configurable font size, color, and type
Configurable background color
Configurable starting size
GNet2 backend for loading feed(when available)
Automatic reloading of feeds
Compact user interface that only displays what you need
Usage
gfeed feed_location options
Commandline options
-o transparency percentage
-f feed location (http:// or file:// uses default config values so no config file needed)
-v Displays version info
-t Output feed titles in a parsable manner to stdout
-d Output feed descriptions in a parsable manner to stdout
Config files
Feed config files have an extension .feed and recognize key:value pairs, anything not a key:value pair will not be parsed
Common Options:
feed - Specifies the feed location, ex feed:http://slashdot.org/index.rss
update - Specifies the auto update time in minutes, ex update:20
face - Specifies the font to be used, ex face:Monospace
size - Specifies the font size, ex size:11
lcolor - Specifies the color of links, ex lcolor:red
dec - Display window decorations or not(frame), ex dec:false
bgcolor - Background color, ex bgcolor:black
fgcolor - Color of non-link text, ex fgcolor:white
